Redoutable LA PETITE REDOUTABLE (IPA) 5,9 % VC 24 X 33CL + 24 X 10 CTS ( SANS CASIER ) B24S24

It is a light IPA, or a blonde strong hoppy, it is according to the opinion of the taster. Anyway, this beer uses hops characteristic of the IPA style and is produced with the technique of cold hopping (Dry-Hopping). It is particularly fresh and refreshing, which, in a nod to the triple, led us to call it «The little blonde easy to ride». The Redoutable IPA is brewed using only 1 malt and 3 hops of different Belgian origin: Golding, Hallertau, and Magnum (American). Then, the Dry-hopping is done with 3 American hops: Citra, Sincoe and Cascade

 

APPEARANCE: Pale/orange colour, turbid and dense, contrasting with the clear whiteness of the moss. NOSE: The nose delivers an explosion of citrus and very floral fragrances, typical of the cold hopping technique. PALATE: Its delicate and sustained bitterness is quickly balanced by beautiful citrus and pine resin notes, which make it particularly refreshing.
